Shipping Timelines

All products ship within 5–10 business days, unless customization is required. Please refer to individual product pages for specific shipping timelines.

Returns & Damages

Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged. Please reach out to us within 3 days after delivery to proceed with next steps. Damaged items wont be accepted after this period has expired.

Each case is reviewed individually. No returns or exchanges are offered for any other reason.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees are not included and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.
